📦 Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, makeup, or fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, TopFashion will gladly arrange an exchange.
- Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be in unused condition and original packaging.
- Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue.
💸 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective item).
